georgetown adventures

Remember how I said in my last post that I like doing things on my own? I lied. I like going on adventures with my best friend. 

Kinoia has been my left hand (I say left hand because that's where our matching tattoos are) for about 4 years, but it feels like I've known her a lifetime. We decided to link up during our winter break and spent the day doing what we do best - getting cute and having no real agenda, but having fun.

We took on Georgetown in Washington D.C and spent the day exploring coffee shops, trying new food places, discovering small art galleries and everything in between. It's amazing how we text each other every single day while at our respective schools, but have endless conversation when we're with one another.

We even tried something new and went ice skating! It's such a good feeling having a person who shares your interests and is just as adventurous and outgoing as you are. I don't know if you guys watch Grey's Anatomy, but Kinoia is my Christina - My Person.
